At Odd Giraffe, all of our personalized products are made-to-order. This helps us minimize waste and avoid
overproduction. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. Thanks for understanding!

However, if you received a gift that is not personalized, we do accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
