Why is my payment being rejected?

If your payment isn’t going through, it could be due to an issue with your payment details or a block from your bank for security reasons. Here are a few things to check:

✅ Using UPI? Try this:

  • Ensure you’ve entered the correct UPI ID or scanned the correct QR code.

  • Make sure your UPI app is updated and has sufficient balance.

  • Check if your bank has placed any restrictions on UPI transactions.

  • If the payment fails, try using a different UPI app or switch to another payment method.

✅ Using Other Payment Methods?

  • Double-check your card details – Ensure the card number, cardholder’s name, expiration date, and CVV (3-digit code on the back or 4-digit code for Amex) are entered correctly.

  • Ensure your card is enabled for online transactions – Some banks require manual activation for online payments.

  • Try a different payment method – We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

✅ General Troubleshooting:

  • Try refreshing the page – A simple refresh can sometimes resolve the issue.

  • Clear your cache and cookies – If the issue persists, clearing cached files and cookies might help.

    If your payment is being blocked by your bank or UPI provider, we unfortunately can’t override this. You may need to contact your bank to authorize the payment or try an alternative payment method.
