f you have store credit in your Odd Giraffe account, you can easily apply it at checkout when placing an order.
Viewing Your Credit Balance

On Desktop/Laptop: Log in to your account, and you’ll see your available credit displayed at the top of the website when you click your name.

On Mobile/Tablet: Tap the menu icon in the top left corner to view your store credit.
Using Your Credit at Checkout

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

After selecting your shipping details, you’ll see an option to 'Use Credit' in the payment section.

Check the box to apply your credit to your order. Your available credit balance will also be displayed.
📌 Important Notes:

If your credit covers the full order amount, any remaining balance will stay in your account.

If your credit does not cover the full order amount, you can pay the remainder using your preferred payment method (UPI, card, PayPal, etc.).

Credit expires within 12 months of receiving it, except for Refer-a-Friend credit, which expires in 90 days.

Credit must be used before its expiration date, as expired credit cannot be reactivated.

We are unable to apply only part of your available credit to an order—it will be applied in full.
