If you’re unable to find your saved project, the first thing to do is log into your account. Your saved photobooks are always stored under ‘My Account’ → ‘Saved Projects’, where you can access them anytime to edit, reorder, or continue working on them.
If you weren’t logged in when adding your project to the cart, it’s important to know that projects are only stored for 48 hours. After this period, they expire and cannot be retrieved. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 48 hours and you didn’t log in, the project is no longer available.
💡 Tip: to ensure your work is always safe, we recommend logging in before adding your project to the cart. This way, your photobook is saved forever, and you can return to it whenever you like
